By accessing or using our website (https://1-MinutePay.com), booking a call, or participating in any program, training, or offer related to Talk Fusion or the 1-Minute Pay™ system, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. No Income Guarantee

While many individuals have experienced positive results using our system and tools,

we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Your results may vary based on a number of factors including your effort, experience, consistency, and ability to follow through.

2. Personal Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your success and outcomes. We provide tools, education, and guidance, but

you must take action and assume responsibility for your own business performance.

3. Not a Business Opportunity or Job Offer

We are not offering a franchise, business opportunity, or job. Participation in our system is entirely voluntary and optional. We provide education and tools through a partnership with Talk Fusion, and commissions are only earned through actual sales.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

We may earn commissions for referrals made through affiliate links. Rik McCoy is an independent affiliate of Talk Fusion, and not an employee, agent, or representative of Talk Fusion corporate.

All sales and income earned through Talk Fusion are paid directly by Talk Fusion, in accordance with their terms and compensation structure.

5. No Tech Skills Required—But Results Are Not Guaranteed

While our system is designed to be beginner-friendly and tech-light,

you must be willing to learn and take action.

No prior experience is required, but no guarantees are made regarding ease of use or success.

6. Call Booking & Scheduling

By booking a Breakthrough Call, you agree to be contacted by us via phone, SMS, or email for coaching, onboarding, or program-related support. Missed or rescheduled calls must be communicated 24 hours in advance.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because access to the system includes time-sensitive bonuses, limited spots, and immediate access to digital assets, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

8. Community & Conduct

We maintain a positive and respectful community. By engaging with our program or social media, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful, non-disruptive, and aligned with ethical standards. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in our program or your use of the Talk Fusion platform. All users participate at their own risk.

10. Changes to Terms
